Three of which must include offshore postings in E&P or O&G production facilities.- Business fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.- Negotiation skills as well as high intercultural and social competence- Good technical understanding.- Proactive action as well as process- and target-oriented working method.- Enthusiastic, open and driven individual with strong HSEQ and leadership skills.- We offer- We offer- We offer (external)- Responsibility from day one in a challenging and multidisciplinary working environment.- Networking and familiarization within the company.- Work & life service which provides advice and supports in all matters affecting work, life, family and health.- Global career opportunities and attractive remuneration packages. - Provide advice and guidance on HSEQ values, policies and procedures thus fostering consistency and a common approach to where it adds value.- Ensure a proficient knowledge of company and project specific HSEQ terms, requirements and project deliverables.- Conduct in-depth reviews of applicable HSEQ requirements to monitor the adherence to applicable regulatory requirements specific to the scope of works; including required reporting.- Keep abreast and conduct a variety of research functions associated with the HSEQ legal and other requirements with the intent of ensuring pertinence and/or applicability Monitor the implementation of project Objectives, Targets and Goals are with aligned Mexico´s business unit as applicable- Ensuring HSEQ plans, procedures and instructions are implemented - as applicable for both operated and non-operated assets.- Intervenes and escalates as appropriate to cause corrective action when HSEQ performance is not at desired levels.- Lead HSEQ HAZID’s and other risk reviews for operated and non-operated assets as applicable.- Assist in preparation and maintenance of Project Risk Register and Corrective Action Tracking.- Assist in preparation of HSEQ audit plans and conducting of audits to operated assets.- Implement, monitor and report corrective actions further to HSEQ site findings, audits and monitoring activities.- Lead HSEQ site visits as applicable and/or as required to non-operated assets for field compliance with in country regulations, company and/or partner policies and procedures as well as with international best management practices.- Leading or participating as SME in Incident/Accident Investigations and reporting as applicable.- Ensure MOC process is duly follow for managing change on HSEQ matters to ensure proper risk mitigation action area identified and implemented.- Stop any unsafe operation/situation and report immediately to Site Management- Assist in the initiation of HSEQ training needs analysis and coordination of implementation as needed.- Who we are- Who we are- Who we are - text - English- Wintershall Dea is Europe’s leading independent natural gas and oil company with more than 120 years of experience as an operator and project partner along the entire E&P value chain.
