We promote an inclusive culture, valuing different perspectives and providing career growth opportunities.**Requirements**:- Extensive experience in Oracle PL/SQL, including cursors, triggers, and performance tuning.- Knowledge of the healthcare sector (preferred).- Experience working in Agile/Sprints models.- Knowledge of Postgres databases (preferred).**Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain complex database solutions using Oracle-SQL-RDBMS and PL/SQL to support business operations.- Optimize database performance by analyzing and tuning SQL queries and database structures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements.- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices and adhering to company policies.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues to ensure mínimal downtime.- Create and maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, and procedures.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve database solutions.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Conduct regular database audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.- Assist in the development of data models and architecture to support new projects and initiatives.- Contribute to the development of data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.- Support the implementation of data governance and compliance measures to protect sensitive information.**Qualifications**:- Strong expertise in Oracle-SQL-RDBMS and PL/SQL, with proven experience in the Payer domain.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.- Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality database solutions.- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.- Solid understanding of data security and privacy principles.Why Cognizant?Improve your career with one of the largest and fastest-growing IT service providers worldwide.
