Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations worldwide, to align on strategy and execution. About the role We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. In this role, you will manage and mentor a successful team of 2–10 SDRs/BDRs, maintain a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy, and a rigorous work ethic. Your primary objective is to develop leaders who are capable of leading the sales academy and establishing a strong team culture. Responsibilities Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the SDR team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Design, execute, and refine inbound and outbound lead generation strategies to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets. Use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure alignment on messaging and messaging strategy. Manage daily reporting, key metrics, and use analytics to inform strategic decisions. Invest in the growth of your team’s skills and career path, offering coaching, feedback, and a culture of continuous learning. Advocate for a customer‑centric and innovative approach to each sales engagement. Qualifications Excellent academic results at school and university. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM. Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology. Track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement—curious, flexible, scientific. Creative problem‑solving and cross‑team collaboration. Leadership experience of one form or another. Ability to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement. We offer you Distributed work environment with twice‑yearly team sprints in person.
