Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Responsabilidades Clave**- Recopilar, revisar y validar la información diaria de los empleados (asistencia, tiempo extra, ausencias, bonos, deducciones, etc.) para preparar reportes de pre-nómina precisos.- Registrar altas, bajas y modificaciones de empleados en los sistemas de nómina (TRESS/Oracle HR), asegurando el cumplimiento con el **IMSS**.- Gestionar movimientos de empleados ante **IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT** y otras entidades gubernamentales, garantizando envíos oportunos y precisos.- Analizar variaciones de nómina y generar reportes para Recursos Humanos y Finanzas, asegurando la alineación con lineamientos legales e internos.- Apoyar en auditorías proporcionando información y documentación de nómina clara y organizada.- Colaborar con Recursos Humanos, Finanzas y Operaciones para resolver discrepancias.- Asegurar el cumplimiento con las políticas de la empresa, la legislación laboral y las regulaciones aplicables.- Mantener estricta confidencialidad sobre la información de empleados y de la empresa.Experiência y requisitos**Requisitos**- Licenciatura en Administración, Contabilidad o carrera afín.- Mínimo **2 años de experiência** en nómina, operaciones de Recursos Humanos o áreas relacionadas.- Conocimiento sólido de procesos ante **IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT y SAT**.- Dominio avanzado de **Excel** (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, macros).- Experiência con sistemas de nómina (**TRESS, Oracle HR, SAP o similares**).- Mentalidad analítica y alta atención al detalle.- Capacidad para trabajar con fechas límite y bajo presión.- Inglés intermedio (deseable).**Competencias**- Integridad y confidencialidad.- Perfil analítico y orientado al detalle.- Comunicación efectiva.- Colaboración en equipo.- Enfoque a resultados y proactividad.Beneficios- uniforme- fondo de ahorro- transporte- comedor- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Recursos Humanos**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Básico**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
