Take the next step and talk to us**The Objective of this Role**:Lead a technical team of consultants to support our clients in their project delivery. Your responsibility is to support, manage and develop our consultant’s throughout the entire life-cycle while on project. You will drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on Budget, while managing expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Understand Information Tech Consultants’ offerings and help assess/present ways to serve clients. In addition, you will use your skills in marketing, leadership, coaching, and mentoring to deliver quality client services to some of the top companies in the world.**Who You Are**:We have an immediate need for a high-energy, professional Consultant Development Manager who is a relentless coach, and mentor, and who has a high ability to influence others as a leader.This position involves managing and developing a diverse group of IT field employees. It requires you to have experience in actively managing IT professionals, their actual IT projects, and their career development.It also requires your ability to manage the revenue of your field employees’ projects, ensure billing continues, projects get extended, and that our accounts with our vendors remain strong and solidified.**It’s All About Relationships**:You are a strong relationship-builder: You forge authentic, long-lasting relationships with the field employees you manage, to ensure their success, performance, and longevity with the company.Passion: Having a passion and true vested interest in finding common ground with those you lead is paramount.
