Arrow Electronics, are seeking for a proactive **Sales Operations Specialist** to join our multifunctional team**,**who is passionate about being on the forefront of leading-edge techIn this role, you will act as the vital link to support sales functions across different business units, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.This role involves cross-training to support and execute diverse processes across departments, requiring adaptability and collaboration to ensure operational efficiency and smooth transitions.**What You’ll Be Doing**:- Participate in cross-functional training to gain expertise in multiple processes and workflows.- Follow up strategies for efficient and on-time support.- May manage multiple customer support activities in line with customer specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management.**What We Are Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1-2 years of experience; or a 2-year degree and equivalent related experience; or equivalent work experience.- Has advanced specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.- Works independently; receives mínimal guidance.- Acts as an informal resource for colleagues.- Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.**What's in It for You?**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
