Our team of professionals is driven by the purpose of providing best-in-class value-adding services to our partners by leveraging our empowered teams, innovative solutions, and technologies.**Job Overview****Key Responsibilities**:- Supervise day-to-day operations of the AR and AP teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and financial policies.- Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, collections, and reconciliations.- Review and approve payment batches and billing statements as needed.- Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding receivables, and manage vendor communications.- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and account reconciliations.- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.- Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to AR/AP staff.- Serve as the point of contact for internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding payment and billing issues.- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.- Support implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in AR/AP roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead position.- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience in a shared services or high-volume processing environment.- Knowledge of international accounting practices (if applicable).- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Trabajo desde casaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Vives Actualmente en la Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara?Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
