Big Dutchman México solicita:**Controlling Team Leader****Requisitos**:- Licenciatura Contabilidad, Economía, Finanzas, Administración y/o similares- 5 años en posición similar- Contabilidad, presupuestos, costos- Idiomas**:Inglés avanzado **(Indispensable)- Programas: Office y SAP- Altamente proactivo/a- Alto sentido de análisis- Trabajo en equipo**Actividades**:- Administración, implica supervisar las operaciones de la contabilidad del negocio, define la correcta infraestructura contable, tales como políticas, procedimientos y calendarios de las actividades.- Alimentación de datos maestros centros de costos y ordenes internas.- Informes: Preparación de una variedad de informes de gestión que permiten el correcto monitoreo de las transacciones del negocio, los establecidos de forma interna o por corporativo.- Calcular las desviaciones entre los resultados reales y presupuestados, e informar las razones de las variaciones a la dirección.- Evaluación de proyectos de mejoras, determinando los ahorros.- Análisis de gastos por división de acuerdo a Budget y forecast como parte de las actividades de cierre de mes.- Medir el desempeño financiero y operacional del negocio e informar a la dirección.- Project Cost Controlling, Project Cash Flow, overall Cash Planning, Project Margin Controlling.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación- Health insurance
