We’re looking for someone who can lead a high-performing team, solve problems before they escalate, and bring structure to a fast-paced, growing finance environment.This is more than just keeping the books balanced—you’ll play a key role in optimizing how we manage cash flow, strengthen customer relationships, and support the broader finance strategy across our business.**You’ll Thrive Here If You...**:- ** Take ownership** and proactively solve problems without waiting for direction- ** Coach and support your team**, helping them grow and succeed- ** Balance precision with perspective**, staying detail-oriented while seeing the big picture- ** Stay calm under pressure**, managing deadlines, escalations, and competing priorities with ease- ** Love improving systems and processes**, from documentation to automation- ** Lead from the front**, stepping in wherever needed to support your team**What You'll Do**- ** Lead and support the AR team** in processing invoices, payments, and collections accurately and on time.- ** Own escalations**—resolving customer issues and internal requests while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.- ** Strengthen internal controls** to prevent fraud, errors, and inefficiencies; ensure processes are well-documented and followed.- ** Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs**, identifying trends and driving improvements across people, process, and tools.- ** Collaborate with the Credit team** on customer strategies and manage access to key systems like ERP, Adyen, Ariba, and banking portals.- ** Drive improvements** through process optimization, system enhancements, audit support, and vendor/IT partnerships.**What You Bring**- ** 4+ years in AR or a similar finance role**, including 2+ years of team leadership experience.- ** Deep understanding of AR processes, internal controls, and accounting principles** in high-volume, multi-entity, multi-currency environments.- ** Tech-savvy**, with proficiency in Microsoft D365/AX, Adyen, Ariba, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel).- ** Strong communicator and team player** with a collaborative mindset; degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.- Advanced English Level**What we Offer**- Competitive Salary- Above the law benefits- Food Coupons- Health Insurance
