**Your Job**The Koch Employee Services team is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support business outcomes across the Koch Industries companies.**Our Team****What You Will Do**- Story/Epic creation and prioritization. You will partner with product owners, architects, and engineers to ensure their work is tracked and prioritized based on value and timelines.- Gather and analyze business requirements to understand their needs, identify requirements, and translate those requirements into technical specifications that can be used by Delivery Team- Leverage data to derive insights and drive data-driven decision-making. Communicate recommendations with stakeholders.- Collaborating with businesses and global teams to understand data requirements and develop analytical solution- Creating documentation on requirements and solutions that is easily consumed by a global audience by both customers and support organizations- Ensure completed work meets agreed upon acceptance criteria and update stakeholders as needed.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Experience working in Agile based methodology (Kanban, SCRUM)- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English, enabling effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients- Skillfully communicates complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a strong understanding of project goals and requirements.- Displays a high level of empathy, understanding, and consideration for the needs and perspectives of customers and colleagues, ensuring a collaborative and positive working environment.- Actively listens and engages in conversations, attentively absorbing and comprehending information, and asking pertinent questions to gather comprehensive insights and ensure accurate requirements capture.- Demonstrates a genuine curiosity about the intricacies of business processes, technology systems, and industry trends, driving continuous learning and innovation to provide well-informed recommendations and solutions- Experience engaging with customers through soliciting, capturing, and critically thinking through requirements- Use knowledge and data to understand business needs, efficiently convert requests into actionable assignments, and solution business needs while using good economic thinking- Experience influencing and challenging peers and stakeholders to drive to a common goals and solutions- Enrich employee experience for team and enterprise to collaborate by acting as a Liasson for integrated teams and providing data that helps bring actionable insights**What Will Put You Ahead**- Understanding of the automation life cycle- Understanding in the following: Modern Authentication (SAML, OAuth and OIDC), API's, and Directory Services**Who We Are**At Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
