Digital Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Specialist; This position will be key for efficient execution of our operation, optimizing and improving the performance of each digital advertising medium to maximize the performance of our campaigns and conversions.**Essential Responsibilities**:- Set up, optimize, and continuously management of PPC and digital advertising campaigns.- Audience and keyword research, digital campaign setup, segmentation and goal tracking, A/B testing, budget management, conversion, and KPI optimization.- Dashboard setups, campaign data analysis, and monthly reports on KPIs with monthly recommendations and strategies.- Planning, implementing, and monitoring SEO strategies using keyword analysis and technical audits.- Active collaboration with other Marketing teams to align digital advertising initiatives with other campaigns.- Keeping updated knowledge on trends in advertising and digital analysis.- Acquisition and maintenance of technical certifications related to the area.**Required Knowledge and Skills**:- Minimum 4 years experience in similar roles focusing on Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic Advertising.- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, and related platforms.- Knowledge of app tracking platforms Google Play Console and App Store Connect.- Experience in tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.- Motivated person, with strategic and creative vision in digital advertising solutions.- Experience in the gaming industry (optional). - Interest or experience in sports (bonus).As a rapidly growing company in an emerging industry, you'll have a huge impact on our product and our company.
