We are hiring a**What You Will Be Doing**This person will provide solutions in the delivery of graphic design services, which support the preparation of signage, printed and digital media and visual presentations, utilizing creative, professional and project management skills, tools, and techniques. A common duty is preflight formatting, in addition to collecting, processing, checking, and uploading files. This role will execute on the Steelcase brand guidelines and align with current art direction.**Who You Are**:**Required Skills and Competencies**- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design- Advanced English is mandatory.- 3-5 years of experience in Design Experience (materiality, printed materials, etc.)- Proficiency in designing, creating, and setting up files for print and providing insights for printed materials.- Experience with print and fabrication materials and their associated costs- Proficient with PowerPoint and Adobe Suite**Preferred Skills and Competencies**- Ability to provide appealing design solutions that align with the Steelcase brand guidelines as directed by the Creative Team- Ability to execute digital tactics to meet project requirements.- Ability to interact with all levels of people from contractors to executives.- Ability to present brand image and strategic graphic intent to outside vendors.- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.- Experience with accelerated timelines- Thorough knowledge of graphics communications and related tools and technologies**Why People Choose to Work With Us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
