El controlador de planta preparará cronogramas de conteo de ciclos para el almacén.- Analizar las variaciones fijas/variables mensualmente e informar a la gerencia de planta.- Proporcionar explicaciones de variación a la gerencia de planta cada mes.- Desarrollar presupuestos fijos anuales.- Completar las tareas de cierre de fin de mes según lo programado.- Monitorear el gasto de capital.- Autorizar/Aprobar compras de plantas, informes de gastos y solicitudes de gastos especiales (SER).- Asignar los gastos del servicio de maquiladora cada mes.- Garantizar una valoración precisa del inventario y conciliar las cuentas mensualmente.- Los inventarios físicos de Materia Prima, WIP y Producto Terminado se realizarán de acuerdo con la política de la empresa y el proceso será liderado por el controlador de planta.- Cumplir con los requisitos de informes JSOX.- Asumir un papel de liderazgo activo en la planta en las áreas de reducción de costos y control financiero.- Participar en el programa de seguridad de la planta.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
