Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for focused individuals that will work tightly with our Product and Engineering team to test, iterate, and approve feature releases in a fast-paced and innovative environment.The QA Engineer will work together with the Engineering team to build a rock-solid app that increases customer satisfaction. From analysing new features, to approving them for release, you will be involved in every step of the process.**Responsibilities**:- Make sure Incode builds and designs high quality, scalable products, through a solid QA process- Execute quality improvement testing and activities- Create reports, documenting errors and issues for fixing- Participating on product roadmaps- Collaborating closely with other parts of the company- Participate in building a world-class company- Learn fast and improve skills- Coaching junior team members and participation in the selection process**Requirements**:- QA process to align with the Agile 2-week sprint process followed by the development- 2+ years experience as a test engineer- Functional, regression- Functional QA: To write and execute 100% of test cases within the same sprint- Demonstrate test cases, tests completed for each sprint in different meetings - Test cases Review and Test Acceptance meeting respectively- Identify defects, report them clearly in Azure DevOps (ADO) and track them to completion- Report metrics precisely each week (maintained as part of Teams)- Great verbal/written communication skills (in English)- Familiarity with relevant quality assurance industry-standard best practices and methodologies- Experience with testing of web and mobile apps- Experience with backend API testing- Experience testing on an SDK- Experience with both white box and black box testing- Strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills**Benefits & Perks**- Meaningful equity- Competitive salary- Travel - yearly sprints- Benefit allowance for health insurance, life insurance or pension contribution- Open vacation policy- Flexible working hours- Working as part of a global business with a diverse team- Opportunity to grow from the ground up with a well funded early-stage start-up- Working closely with passionate and supportive team members**Our Culture**Values matter We share a set of core values and want to hear from you if you believe in:- Customer centric and impactful products- Working as part of a bright, passionate, and diverse team- Simplicity- Quality- Bias for action- Integrity- Empathy- CouragePlease note - our commitment to keeping our workforce safe and healthy is of utmost importance.
