As world leaders in digital technologies including IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Chatbots, Block Chain and Cyber Security, Sonata’s people and systems are nurtured to deliver on our commitment to excellence in business technology solutions.**Title- **Senior Applications Systems Analyst****Location- Guadalajara and Mexico City (Remote initially)****Type of Hire- Full Time**- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automation using ServiceNow.- Design ServiceNow solutions, including workflows and configurations, to align with established processes and fulfill specific business requirements.- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of implemented ServiceNow solutions.- Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow users, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize the platform to maintain high performance and stability.- Develop training materials and documentation to effectively educate users on ServiceNow features and best practices.- Actively monitor ServiceNow updates and industry trends, recommending and implementing enhancements to keep the platform at the forefront of ITSM capabilities.- Perform other related duties as required and assigned- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values**Required**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience- 7+ years of relevant work experience- Significant design experience in Relational Databases, Online Systems, and Web-Based Applications- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferredThe Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for all onsite service and support needs for our customers, IT and IT business units.
