Consultora de TI, solicita **Service Delivery Manager,**para trabajar en la Ciudad de México**Perfil**:Licenciatura: Comunicación, Admon de empresas, Mkt o afín**Experiência**:- **Min 3 de experiência como Delivery en el área comercial de Staffing TI.**:- Atención, soporte y mantenimiento de cuentas- Ejecución de estrategias para el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta- Atención operativa y administrativa de las solicitudes de cada cliente- Relacionamiento con áreas de RRHH, reclutamiento y operación en general**Conocimientos**:- Conocimiento en procesos de gestión de recursos humanos, gestión de desempeño y soporte durante asignación- Entendimiento de negocios tecnológicos, alcances, herramientas y riesgos.- Conocimiento de perfiles profesionales para proyectos tecnológicos**Habilidades**:- Comunicación efectiva y relacionamiento interpersonal- Capacidad analítica y resolutiva- Negociación y persuasión- Pensamiento estratégico- Liderazgo de equipos- Tolerancia a la frustración- Sentido de urgencias- Alta inteligencia emocional- Autogestión- Alta adaptación tecnológica- Trabajo en equipo en entornos dinámicos- Presencia ejecutiva**Actividades**:- Gestión operativa de cuentas activas- Seguimiento a consultores asignados- Prospección activa de clientes potenciales actuales y nuevos- Seguimiento a incidencias, facturación y cobranza- Generación de propuestas comerciales- Negociación de acuerdos comerciales- Gestión de indicadores de servicio (SLA / KPIs)- Mantenimiento de asignaciones y negociación de permanencia**Idioma**Inglés B1, deseable intermedio**Herramientas**:- Manejo de paquetería office (intermedio-avanzado)- Uso de Sharepoint- Uso de algún CRM de gestión de ventas**Ofrecemos**:- Prestaciones de ley- Sueldo: $25,000 netos- Seguro de vida- Seguro de GMM- Zona a laborar: Col.
