This position will be the FP&A partner for the GP business unites and will be responsible of Inventory, Cash Flow and TWC forecasting and analytics partnering with a multi-disciplinary team and supporting Security Products different global business units. S/he will provide quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting and monthly outlook support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, analysis and other financial ad-hoc requests.**How you will do it? Essential Job Responsibilities**- Delivering monthly financial results and performance indicators reviews, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.- Collaborating with the month end close process ensuring accurate accruals, required approvals and timely identification and resolution of potential discrepancies- Driving Inventory, CF and TWC forecasts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.- Delivering R&O identification and support for TWC decision making- Ensuring adequate internal controls are maintained- Developing standardized and automated financial reports, Dashboards and modeling tools**What we look for? Position Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting- 5+ years of experience in Finance, including no less than 2 year experience with Balance Sheet management and TWC reporting- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Hyperion Enterprise and Essbase knowledge highly required- Strong analytical skills, communication and ability to influence across the organization. Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment- Highly driven and self-motivated- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.- Fluent in English- Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion._
