Forecasting Planning and Analysis Analyst (FP&A Analyst)Location: García, Nuevo LeónPurpose of the position:Provide financial insights and projections to the accounting, supply chain team and executives.You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.**Requirements**:- BS -Business Administration, Forecasting, Finance Planning.- Minimum of 2 years of progressively more responsible experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Skilled in using Microsoft, Advanced Excel is crucial, SAP is a plus.- 25% availability to travel.- Advanced English and Spanish**Responsibilities**:- Provide FP&A to supply chain, sales, and Finance Teams.Demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.- Responsible for the Volume, Sales, and Margin forecasts globally (Weekly, Monthly, Annual)- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.- Responsible for the Annual Planning process in terms of volume, cost, and margin- Provide margin variance analysis regarding Mix, price, cost, and volume difference.**Salary**: 32 pesos per month gross salary + superior legal benefits.If interested, please provide your most updated CV.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $30,****** - $32,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Apoyo para estudios- Aumentos salariales- Caja de ahorro- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Estacionamiento gratuito- Horarios flexibles- Servicio de comedor- Trabajo desde casa- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en CP.***** García, CP.García, Nuevo León México
