You will play a crucial role in preparing daily cash reports, researching customer payments, and providing essential administrative support for accounts receivable. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, combined with your technical expertise and positive attitude, will contribute to the success of our financial operations.**Location**: Queretaro, Mexico.**Job Openings**: 1**Key Responsibilities**:**Customer Payment Processing**:Research and resolve any customer payment issues promptly.**Cash Reporting**:**Administrative Support**:**Adaptability and Additional Tasks**:Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.**Education**:A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred, or a combination of relevant experience and an associate degree in accounting or finance.**Experience**:Proficiency in data entry and 10-key experience.**Technical Skills**:Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.Experience with CargoWise One is a plus.**Behavioral Attributes**:**Customer Focus**: Dedication to delivering an exceptional customer service experience for both internal customers and external business partners.**Positive Work Ethic**: Be awesome.
