**Objective**The Communications & Culture Leader will contribute to perform activities related to our global communications and culture strategy, leading critical projects for the organization and with a high focus on our business strategic plan.**Main Responsibilities**- Oversee internal communications activities from developing comprehensive internal communications strategy and plan, creating content and execution of plan through various communications channels and with a closer collaboration with communication regional teams.- Support the organization to understand our Business Strategy by designing, developing, and implementing all the communications resources needed.- Collaborate across teams, communicate topic-specific executive communications, inform, and engage internal audience through leadership stories, programs and initiatives that create positive perception internally and enhance corporate culture.- Contribute to the Company's culture by executing a communication plan comprehensively for all our regions. (Values, EVP, Strategic Framework, Brand Reputation)- Works with outside vendors/agencies for design and execution of advertising campaigns and others in coordination with BU communication partners.**Position Requirements**- Project/Program Management- Bachelor’s degree in communication, Human resources, marketing, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Media- Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (basic knowledge)- Persuasion & Influence- Change Management (basic)- High Level of Responsibility- Teamwork- English fluent and preferably a third language- At least 2-3 years in similar positions in manufacturing companies- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
