Overview We are seeking a senior, entrepreneurial leader to head operations and business expansion initiatives in Mexico and the broader LATAM region. Responsibilities Define and drive strategic execution, operational excellence, and commercial growth across multiple business lines, including joint ventures and regional expansion efforts. Report directly to executive leadership, scale operations, build long‑term value, and position the business as a leader in innovative energy solutions across Latin America. Own P&L and operational performance for LNG operations in Mexico, ensuring successful project launches and commercial ramp‑up. Oversee leadership transitions and ongoing performance of existing CNG operations, ensuring operational continuity and governance. Develop and execute a strategy to expand and optimize CNG and LNG fueling networks across Mexico. Lead all commercial activities, including sales, partnerships, and business development, in close collaboration with operations teams. Qualifications 10+ years of senior leadership experience in natural gas, LNG/CNG, or energy infrastructure sectors. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Spanish and English proficiency strongly preferred. Demonstrated commercial leadership, with experience negotiating long‑term customer agreements and building robust sales pipelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
