Quality Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Lead, develop and manage the quality organization to enable a high-performance team, thus effective implementation of the quality management system, continuous improvement initiatives.- Report to senior management on the status of the quality management system and quality performance.- Develop and maintain quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the quality management system.- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system that meets or exceeds applicable regulatory and industry standards.- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.- Create strong and effective relationships with customer and suppliers.- Manage and facilitate the resolution of customer complaints and quality issues.- Ensure Quality Awareness throughout the organization.- Provide training and development opportunities to the quality team and other employees as needed.- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product development lifecycle.- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and regulatory agencies.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives and process improvements.**Education and Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or quality management- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality management role- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, TS), regulatory requirements, and industry standards.- ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification or demonstrated experience.- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a Quality organization.- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Strong problem-solving and error proofing knowledge- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Proficient Spanish and English - written and verbal- Proficiency in Data Analytics - Excel - PowerBI- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred- CQE, CQM or Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement certifications preferred**Additional**:- Travel availability outside US- Must provide references**Our Offer**:You will have the opportunity to learn and build experience in Quality and further expand your skills in a highly dynamic team.We offer you a job in an agile and international working environment where entrepreneurship and creativity are valued.You will receive an attractive salary package according to your experience topped with fringe benefits**Interested?**:Please apply, we are looking forward to hear from you**Nayeli Hernández, HR Specialist
