It addresses service concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring accuracy while documenting customer requests and providing a great customer experience.Key Responsibilities:- Inputs and tracks information into the appropriate databases provided.- Remain current on new marketing campaigns in order to respond appropriately to marketing-related inquiries using all available resource tools provided.- Be able to handle any requests regarding customer documentation (to include all documents sent out by our company) and be able to clearly explain them including any follow-ups required on our customer’s part and updates as warranted.- Working knowledge of protection plans policies and related processes and procedures.Education and Experience- Call Center experience (preferred)- Insurance industry knowledge (preferred)Minimum Skills and Competencies:The following skills and abilities are required. Adjustments can be made for individuals with disabilities.- Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)- Must be customer-focused and able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve questions and concerns.- Able to multitask and manage multiple systems daily.Desired Skills:- Previous experience in insurance customer service.For this position, we offer up to $ 24,000 MXN. monthly before taxes.Two days off weeklyStar date: Friday March Last day to apply: Feb Pay: $6,000.00 per weekWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 14/03/2025
