We are looking for a skilled **Infrastructure & Operations Analyst**to join our team in **Monterrey**. This role focuses on supporting and expanding the company’s IT infrastructure, while ensuring smooth daily operations in the office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both the technical side of IT systems and the operational side of workplace support, collaborating with a highly talented and mission-driven team.**Requirements**:- 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or technical support (internships may be considered).- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows environments.- Experience with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, configurations, permissions).- Hands-on experience with office equipment (PCs, monitors, printers, peripherals).- Ability to support workstation setup and deployment tools in Windows environments.- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.**Nice to Have**- Exposure to cloud environments (Microsoft Azure or similar).- Experience supporting IT projects, implementations, or upgrades.- Familiarity with IT operations processes and service desk tools.- Basic knowledge of building maintenance or office facilities support.- Main Activities- Maintain and support IT infrastructure across the organization.- Provide hands-on support for technology projects and implementations.- Ensure proper configuration, performance, and availability of Microsoft systems.- Manage and troubleshoot user devices and office equipment.- Set up and configure workstations for employees.- Support office operations, including small facility tasks and furniture assembly when needed.- Collaborate with internal teams to meet infrastructure and operational goals.**Education**Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.**About Definity First**Definity First specializes in IT Services, Cloud Business Applications & Microsoft Technologies, providing enterprise-grade solutions that translate into a successful business transformation.Founded in 2004, we have six offices distributed across the US and Mexico, and we’ve partnered with transformative, iconic companies and universities such as Tesla, Flowserve, Harvard, Berkeley, Caltech, and more.At Definity First, we embrace diversity and inclusion.
