Accounts Receivable - Guadalajara, Mexico October 21, 2025 Job Title Accounts Receivable Department Accounting Report To AR Manager Work mode Full remote Employment Type Full-Time Travel 0-20% Work Site Location Guadalajara, Mexico Job Objective : MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable in Guadalajara, Mexico. The incumbent will perform a wide range of accounting and administrative duties to support the accounting department. What you will do Ensures timely and accurate processing of incoming payments; receives, verifies, and posts accounts receivable invoices into accounting system. Interacts with Customer Sales Representative when processing a resolution of account discrepancies. Process ModelN creation and update requests. Checks, validates and processes Ship and Debit claims and reclaims. Process credit requests, reclaims, invoice extensions, inventory adjustment errors as requested. Verifies budget monitoring, reclaims for customer accounts, inventory adjustment errors. Monitors past dues for reporting to AR insurance. Maintains accounting department files and records. Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing. Assists with special accounting projects as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. What you will bring Education Background/ Major: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one-year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience (Must): Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AR, GL or partial/full sets. Knowledge (Must): OPERATING SOFTWARE USED: SAP HANA, SAP CONCUR. Abilities/Qualities: 10-key by touch; demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts; proficiency in word processing software and spreadsheet software; ability to apply concepts of basic algebra; acute attention to detail; strong organizational skills; commitment to excellence and high standards; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
