LeadVenture is seeking an**Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage a portfolio of accounts, process payments, and resolve billing inquiries. You will contact customers about overdue balances, negotiate payment plans, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with 3rd party collections agencies when necessary. The role also includes handling ACH charge-backs, assisting with cancellations, and maintaining accurate records and reports.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Monitor a portfolio of accounts and identify outstanding receivables.- Investigate historical data, resolve customer billing inquiries, and process payments, credits, and refunds.- Respond to ACH chargebacks, escalate issues as needed, and work with 3rd party collections agencies for delinquent accounts.- Maintain accurate records, update account statuses, and prepare collection activity reports.- Assist customers with cancellation processes, review accounts in bankruptcy, and support internal requests.- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.**You’ll thrive in this role if you have**:- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Collections and Accounts Receivable.- Fluent in English, written and spoken is required- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Exceptional integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.- Excellent ability to successfully interface with clients and handle multiple priorities concurrently.- Able to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.- Critical thinking skills- Self-motivated.- High capacity to learn and adapt.**Who is LeadVenture?**LeadVenture is the market-leading SaaS provider of digital retailing, eCommerce, digital marketing and eCatalog solutions for dealerships across 12 industry verticals including power-sports, marine, RV, pre-owned auto, agriculture and more.
