In this role, you will implement machine learning systems and AI software that will help improve development productivity and customer experience.You'll work across team boundaries to support integrating features from different teams. You'll also maintain critical infrastructure and make it more robust.**What you will do**:- Design and develop service to significantly improve developer productivity across Development and Support organizations using ML and AI.- Develop NLP projects in accordance with prescribed business requirements- Select the proper annotated datasets for supervised learning techniques- Use effective text representation techniques to develop useful features- Identify and utilize the correct algorithms for specific NLP projects- Train developed NLP models and evaluate their effectiveness- Conduct statistical analyses of models, and adjust models where possible**Preferred Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field- At least one year of experience as a natural language processing engineer- Knowledge of data structures, semantic extraction, and modeling- Knowledge of text representation (e.g., n-grams, sentiment analysis, bag of words, etc.)- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.)- Ability to write code and design software architecture- Familiarity with Containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes**Nice to have**:- Good experience in NLP techniques around Topic Modeling, Traditional classification algorithms, Text Clustering- Deep Neural Networks a big plus- Proficient in Statistical Modelling techniques- **Impact**: Team is eager to hear your ideas, and they’re not just heard, but also taken into account. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.
