Enphase is also one of the fastest growing and innovative clean energy companies in the world, with approximately 68 million products installed across more than 145 countries.We are building teams that are designing, developing, and manufacturing next-generation energy technologies and our work environment is fast-paced, fun and full of exciting new projects.If you are passionate about advancing a more sustainable future, this is the perfect time to join Enphase**About the role**:This position is available to be filled remotely in Mexico.**What you will do**:- Achieve revenue and business growth goals by calling existing and actively prospecting potential accounts within assigned territory including following up on all installer leads assigned by other sales supervisors, marketing department, FAE’s or vendors.- Develop individual sales plan including installer target lists with Mexico Country Manager and Account Representative and attain sales objective on each assigned account, review quarterly.- Act as primary point of contact for all things related to assigned/owned accounts.- Prepare periodic activity reports and present them as appropriate to management.- Establish, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with all assigned and prospective installers, distributors and Enphase sales, marketing, and operations personnel.- Work with FAE to provide technical assistance to customers and use industry and product knowledge to support and build sales.- Report all sales calls, telephone calls, joint calls, and customer activities in CRM within one week of activity.- Complete customer account profile; update quarterly. Verify potential; identify competition, critical success factor, goals, customer contact update.- Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and trends; keep management informed of local competition and market conditions.- Prepare status reports to include sales call activity, orders, required follow-up, and progress to goals.- Execute sales effort in an ethical and professional manner that will reflect favorably on the reputation of the salesperson, the represented vendors, and the company.- Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner.- Travel to customers or events may be required on occasion.- Ad hoc activities as requested.**Who you are and what you bring**:- Proven track record of selling solar products to customers.- High school diploma or GED equivalent.- Degree in business/marketing preferred.- 5 to 10 years of experience in solar sales.- Self-starter, and go-getter; able to work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working through unknowns.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools to drive productivity.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Bilingual - Spanish/EnglishPlease submit all resumes in English.
