Work closely with Sales Representatives and sales leadership to develop specific marketing strategies to generate sales leads, industry growth and identify the best way to represent Smith to both established and potential clients.- Research potential clients to verify viability, product use, contact information and promote company brand to target markets.- Develop business through networking and sales calls to qualify leads and requirements from customers.- Cultivate a continuous pipeline of prospects via relationship building and full account management.- Negotiation of price with customers and keeping up with market trends.Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience- Previous sales experience in electronic components independent distribution is preferred- Cold calling and relationship building experience required- Knowledge and experience with selling strategies- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookSmith is an equal opportunity employerLI-LD1- If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us_- We are an Equal _Opportunity/Affirmative_ Action Employer._
