As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing a set of assigned core accounts while also developing new ones. Your primary focus will be on exceeding both individual and team gross profit (GP) goals.**Responsibilities**:- Employ market research and lead qualification techniques to identify and target high-potential customers, demonstrating the benefits of ASTUTE's value-added services.- Manage assigned core accounts and develop new ones to exceed individual and team gross profit (GP) goals.- Qualify opportunities, ensure supplier selection and pricing while monitoring market trends.- Take ownership of meeting customer delivery commitments and providing an outstanding customer experience.- Own pricing decisions within your territory, negotiating effectively to optimize sales performance and achieve targets.- Maintain and monitor metrics, collaborate with the team, and strive to achieve individual GP targets.**Requirements**:- Passionate and results-driven attitude.- Proactive in conducting high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.- Strong interpersonal skills to nurture relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales with confidence and the resilience to handle objections.- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial spirit.- High school degree or equivalent.**Compensation Package**:- Competitive base salary- Performance-based commission tiersReady to advance your career?
