We empower our employees to challenge the status quo, make bold recommendations, experiment, and adapt, so we can grow together and make a great business even better.**FOCUS, SCOPE, & IMPACT**:- The Growth & Digital Transformation Sr. Manager is part of the Digital senior management team.- This role is responsible for leading the Digital Agenda ensuring Business Plan and long-term plans.- He/She will manage a rapid flow of work spanning multiple projects, with the ability to toggle between big picture, long-term strategic priorities, and time sensitive details.**What You’ll Do for Us****Strategic Vision of Digital Area** - Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution partnering with senior leadership and departmental heads**Lead Digital Performance Communication Strategy** - Communicate with senior leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Serve as liaison between staff, executives and senior leaders regarding Digital Performance, project updates, proposals and planning**Drive Digital Agenda** - Analyze and report Digital Agenda and performance based on strategies and business goals, including special projects and areas of the business that require improvement to ensure Business Plan and Long-Range Plan. Support the organization in discovering gaps in objectives and priorities across teams and projects.**Influence and Align** - Move across digital priorities and influence to enable access to the necessary resources (budget, human talent, etc.) and alignment with internal and external parties to achieve exponential growth.**Thought Leadership -** Provide thought leadership on digital landscape, competitive and marketplace trends, and steward business implications. Evaluate project results and incorporate best practices and key learnings for future improvements.**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:- Bachelor's Degree in business related field required, MBA preferred- +8 years working on Strategy, Product Manager, Business Roles (products or services) or digital transformation divisions, with experience in data & analytics, advance analytics, ecommerce, payments, agile methodologies and digital product cycle developments- Strong planning, financial acumen, and business acumen, with clear understanding of P&L and Business models- Strategic Thinking. Ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. Ability to understand complex data, convert to insights, understand business implications, and utilize to influence and gain alignment.- Skills to collaborate and align with a diverse set of stakeholders. Experience influencing others and delivering results cross-functionally- Excellent communication Skills & Influential Leadership. Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way to drive adaption.
