"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.For more information you can visit- Currently we are looking for our next:Digital Transformation Manager**Which is the main objective of this role?**The Latam Digital Transformation Manager will partner with Global, Regional and Local stakeholders to ensure the planification and delivery of PepsiCo’s global digital products in Latin America. Additionally, this role will support the Transformation Sr. Manager in planning and organizing Latam’s Digital Council to ensure a cohesive digital ambition, aligned across all functional stakeholders in the region.**Qualifications****What will you be doing?**Main Accountabilities:- Conduct the role of “Product Manager” for the deployment of 2-3 of Pepsico’s Global Digital Products in Latin America, with the following accountabilities:o Drive project’s cadence, and delivery of major project milestones, ensuring to porvide visibility to Global/Sector/Local stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure alignment and avoid reworko Identify impacts across functional areas and involve functional stakeholders promptly for their solutiono Supports Operating Model development (processes, capabilities, governance) to ensure work clarity of involved memeberso Proposes waves of expansion to new countries in Latam, and within countries, working closely with Business unit S&T leaderso Drives budget planning and development for yealy country deployment- Support planning and organizing of Latam’s Digital Council with the following responsibilities:o Alignment of Latam’s yearly Digital Council calendar to ensure timely participation of key stakeholderso Support in understanding local OU Digital Council Calendars, outputand providing recommendations of actions to take to solve project overlaps and interdependencies across organizational layerso Support in material preparation for Latam’s digital councils (ppt, memos)- Other Digital opportunities- Support Sr Manager in the analysis and preparation of materials & communications of other digital priorities identified throughout the year (as needed)**Who are we looking for?**- 3-5 years of professional experience in Mgmt.
