You will be involved in the definition and execution of the business operations. This data driven role calls for a rare combination of consumer inspired analytical thinking & inter-personal ability. You will have the opportunity to work in a tight team, where you will have a clear impact on the launch, build and run of different DiDi Food businesses. Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment. Never a dull momentRole Responsibilities:- Executing opetations activities such as stategies, analysis and planning.- Coordinating with other internal teams to implement operations activities.- Supporting in the team's operational issues.- Extracting data from busines intelligence in orden to obtain insights.- Managing communications directly to DiDi's users.Role Qualifications:- 1 -2 years left before graduation.- Data-Driven. Get meaningful insights from data analysis in order to make decisions the best decisions and/or make great proposals- Strong Analytical Skills (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Insights, Statistics).- Advanced Excel; Data manipulation; advanced formulas; pivot tables- Advanced knowledge of programming languages: SQL; Python- Fluent English- Highly organized, efficient, able to prioritize, and manage a wide range of responsibilities- Communication skills.- Team workEEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
