You'll provide consultation on software delivery best practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and UX, ensuring successful software delivery.**Responsibilities**:- Manage technical delivery in existing accounts, collaborating closely with account management and technical leads.- Articulate the value proposition of our delivery model to existing and potential customers.- Engage in technical discussions with external clients regarding software development and delivery solutions, guiding team composition and solution determination.- Provide estimations and recommendations for software delivery approaches, emphasizing team composition and sizing.- Offer consultations on best practices in software delivery, including CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and UX.Here’s what we are looking for:- 5+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) building software with teams; experience at the engineering manager or director level is desirable.- Ability to design and implement innovative technology solutions is highly valued.- Experience leading teams of software developers or engineers in general delivering solutions, DevOps, or testing e.g.- Subject Matter Expertise in 1-2 verticals is desirable, with deep domain experience in at least one.Would be a plus:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.- Experience in Java,.NET, React, or Python development.How we make your work (and your life) easier:- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- PTO- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive
