**Conversational English required****Experience With Nuxeo and CENTRIC is a must****Job Summary**The Information Management Systems Coordinator works within the Information Management Systems team, supporting internal teams with the training, updating and maintenance of the Centric Product Lifecycle Management (CENTRIC) system and the Nuxeo Asset Management System (NUXEO).**Responsibilities**- Aids in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for CENTRIC system.- Contributes to continuing education and training team for CENTRIC system.- Assist in documenting and coaching as needed to help support company-wide CENTRIC best practices and adoption.- Performs regular audits and clean up within companies’ CENTRIC system to ensure proper usage and data integrity.- Aids in the development, testing and roll-out of new feature upgrades and related processes.- Assists in designing and implementing taxonomy and metadata management strategies following industry best practices.- Responds to users' inquiries concerning systems operations; diagnoses software and operator problems; seeks and implements solutions, escalating, as necessary.- Offers suggestions for improvements in systems and/or processes pertaining to CENTRIC and NUXEO systems.- Provide additional support for the NUXEO System as needed.- Performs other duties as assigned.**Expertise**- Ability to integrate critical information and champion advanced strategies/concepts through the organization.- Able to develop/train employees to support the on-going business requirements.- Ability to Interact with key internal and/or external vendors, clients, and customers to interpret information on projects and unit operations.**Expertise**- Bachelor's degree preferred.- 3 - 5 years’ experience Data Management, PLM, and Business workflows- Experience with CENTRIC required.- Experience with DAMs specifically NUXEO a bonus.- Applicable apparel industry/professional experience preferred.- Proven problem-solving capabilities.**Salary**: $22,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month**Experience**:- CENTRIC / NUXEO: 2 years (required)**Language**:- english fluently (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 22643, Tijuana, B.C.
