**Sr Engineer - Manufacturing Molding Expert****Mandatory: Experience in Molding and Plastic injection processes.**Manufacturing company located in Ciudad Juarez is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Sr. Engineer. The incumbent is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining of plastic injection processes, equipment, and tooling performance to achieve the production goals of the organization. Provide process expertise in selection of materials and process parameters to consistently meet quality standards. Under his/her responsibility shall be the process robustness plan, corresponding validation plan and the capacity and capability analysis (CPK), this for new and existing molded components, addressing internal/external customer feedback issues, implementing process, and tooling improvements and implementing quality, output, and cost improvement ideas.**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields, Plastic Injection, Tools & Die Design or related field.- 5+ years of related experience in the manufacturing industry with injection molding experience- Bilingual: Fluent English Level 90 - 95%- Demonstrated experience with leading multiple projects in both the short and long-term.- Experienced on coordinated multifunctional groups for projects implementation.- Supporting new model, mold drawing, mold repairing, preventive maintenance, and process improvement.- Plastic mold tooling design expertise, processing engineering, and customer interfacing skills.- Experience and ability to operate and provide training for sophisticated molding equipment.- Management of Capital Expenditure Request projects.- Proficient in project management.- Excellent oral communication skills.- Strong team building, decision-making, people management and negotiation skillsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $1.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
