**Job Summary**:As a Personal Assistant in our educational organization, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to the Director, facilitating the efficient operation of administrative processes within the academic setting. This position requires a proactive, organized, and adaptable individual with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting the educational mission.**Key Responsibilities**:**Academic Calendar and Schedule Management**:- Coordinate and manage the academic calendar, including meetings, events, and deadlines.**Communication and Correspondence**:- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.**Administrative Support**:- Provide administrative support for academic tutors and department heads.**Confidentiality and Discretion**:- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.**Qualifications and Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.- Understanding of academic processes and the educational environment.- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic educational setting.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: $130.57 per hourApplication Question(s):**Experience**:- administrative: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
