At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Currently we are looking for our next:**Marketing Promotions, PMO coordinator****Which is the main objective of this role?**- Support the execution of the marketing promotions strategy including the digital content plan in JOY APP- Collaborate close with the brands to understand the strategy and business objectives- Collaborate with creative agencies to track every deliverable- Support management of commercial partners- Manage Advertising & Marketing budget to deliver promotions plans- Ensure the correct execution of the Promo Gate processes in order to launch all promotions flawlessly and on time according to AOP and pipeline, including the commercial plan to amplify the promotions communication**What will you be doing?**- Weekly Sales Report- Traking of the A&M expenses assigned to each project, including control payment of taxes per promotion- Business Case development for each project- Collaboration in briefing to creative agencies and supervision of the production process- Complete understanding of the P&L and financial analysis- Collaborative work with the extended team and the BU’s to wich we provide service- Monitoring approvas through the Dragon Fly Tool (artworks approval)- Contract administration through the Ariba system, when it comes a Brand Partnership for a promotion- Deliver promotional projects on time within budget and scope- Managing more than 18cross-functional teams to deliver project kpis through the promo gate.- Time table construction for every project with core team and deliverables- Weekly tracking of the project´s KPIs based on project result, team feedback and status report- Provide viable solutions through the knowledge of the value chain aligned to Promo Gate- Manufacturing trials for item validation in site- Action plans to mitigate risks and assure execution on time- Production promotional plan in order to avoid write offs- Follow-up on new codes/keys creation for participant SKUs in a promotionQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Recent graduate of: Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration- English (90%)- Business objectives oriented- Project management (desired)- Good communication skills- Financial & analytic skills- Proactive & organized- Good management of Office Tools (Excel, Powe Point, Word)- Solid organizational skills including attention to details- Team worker- Problem solver oriented- Decision makingOverview (Secondary Language):**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs**Thank you so much for considering PepsiCo to start or continue your career
