buscamos un **Analista de Programas de Lealtad** con experiência en fidelización de clientes, retención, y análisis de datos. Esta persona será responsable de gestionar e implementar estrategias de lealtad, monitorear indicadores de desempeño (KPIs), y colaborar con equipos de marketing, CRM y experiência del cliente para mejorar la engagement y la satisfacción de nuestros usuarios.**Responsabilidades**Administrar y optimizar los programas de lealtad y fidelización de clientes.Analizar y presentar reportes de KPIs relacionados con comportamiento del cliente, recompensas y retención.Implementar campañas de engagement y promociones personalizadas dentro del programa de fidelidad.Colaborar con otras áreas para mejorar la experiência del cliente.Realizar pruebas de control de calidad (QA) en nuevas funcionalidades del sistema de lealtad.Proponer mejoras con base en análisis de datos de clientes y resultados históricos.Brindar atención y seguimiento a incidentes relacionados con el programa.**Requisitos**Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.Experiência mínima de 1 año en roles como analista de fidelización, customer loyalty analyst, CRM analyst o similar.Manejo intermedio de Excel, y herramientas de Business Intelligence como Power BI o Tableau.Enfoque en mejora continua, pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados.Habilidades para comunicar insights y trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.**Ofrecemos**:Sueldo: 22,000.00 brutosVales de despensaServicio de ComedorDías de descanso adicionales a la Ley
