We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.***:This position is responsible for working with Nestle peers including the LGO, RBS, GTS, D&B and business units to identify user requirements, develop designs to support Nestle business processes, and recommend solutions related to customer service. In addition, the incumbent assists with development, testing, and support activities related to the GLOBE SAP Sales and Distribution, or Accounts Receivable, or Direct Delivery module. This includes analyzing and understanding business challenges, mapping current business processes to new systems, identifying business process impacts and resolving issues that affect business processes.**KEY OUTPUTS**:- Provide on-going production support, regularly monitor and update service desk help tickets; provide user assistance, collaborate with appropriate teams to get system fixes tested and implemented. Off hours and weekend support will be required.- Design and implement business processes using best practices to satisfy business requirements; collaborate with business users, LGO and GLOBE colleagues to design, develop, test, train and implement process or system enhancements and production support solutions-- Identify content and development requirements for process and system training. Liaison between the training team and the super users to update existing materials and development of new training needs.- Develop strong working relationships with business, management, and other LGO, RBS, and D&B team members.- Identify roles that are in scope (required) and assist in the validation of the allocation to end users. Approve on-going end-user role change requests. Identify new system role requirements that may result from new developments and assist in mitigating segregation of duties conflicts**Key Experience**:- Experience with business processes related to customer service- Experience with SAP SD, DD, AR and MH modules desired- 2 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution module- Experience in the industry or in a CPG environment- Provide business analysis for the Customer Service functional area which may include the SAP SD module
