Regional Manager – Freight Transport (Commercial Focus)Location: Querétaro, Córdoba, Mérida, Quintana Roo (preferred) or Mexico City with travel availability.Department: Commercial / Freight Logistics.Reports to: National Management and Sales Director.Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.M. – 6:00 p.M.Compensation: $65,000 to $70,000 MXN gross monthly + 0.5% commission on gross profit + SGMM + superior benefits.Role ObjectiveWe are seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to lead commercial growth in key territories across southern Mexico, focusing solely on dry vans, refrigerated units, dollies, and platforms.This newly created role has leadership responsibilities over an expanding team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand the assigned territory, with a strong focus on commercial freight solutions.Oversee daily operations across branches in Puebla, Córdoba, and Querétaro.Design and implement commercial strategies and performance targets.Lead a team (currently 3 people), promoting development and accountability.Manage client interactions and agenda follow-ups across the region.Report directly to National Management and the Sales Director.Attend international training sessions (travel required).RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the freight transport or logistics sector.Proven track record working with dry vans, refrigerated trailers, dollies, and platforms.Advanced English (mandatory – international training required).Valid passport required (visa negotiable).Strong availability for regional and international travel.Tipo de puesto : Tiempo completoSueldo : $65,000 – $70,000 al mes.Tipo de jornada : Turno de 8 horas.Escolaridad : Licenciatura terminada (Deseable).Experiência : Manejo de Personal : 1 año (Deseable).Lugar de trabajo : Empleo presencial.#J-*****-Ljbffr
