**THE**_COMPANY_** IN A FEW WORDS**:Lead and execute predictive and adaptive project management consulting and IT services, ensuring exceptional value delivery to clients and continuous development of the consulting team.**JOB**_DESCRIPTION_**:**Consulting and advice**:- Diagnose and analyze IT processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.- Develop and implement service management solutions, including service desks (ITSM) and projects (PMP), based on reference frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 20000, PMP, Scrum, DA, etc.- Advise internal and external clients on the adoption of best practices and IT management tools.**Project and service management**:- Lead and manage IT service implementation projects and projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and budgets.- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of services and projects.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and value delivery.**Capacity building**:*- Train and coach IT teams in service and project management best practices.- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in IT processes.- Participate in the creation and dissemination of knowledge about trends and best practices in the sector.**Technical Competencies**- Knowledge and experience in IT frameworks and standards (ITIL, ISO 20000, Service Desk Institute).- Experience in implementing project management methodologies (predictive and agile), such as PMP, DA, Scrum, SAFE, etc.- Experience in using and implementing ITSM and project management tools.**THE**_PROFILE_** WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:Lic./Eng.
