Metadata Coordinator

**Please send resume in English****DUTIES (Including but not limited to)**:- Maintain and support the data integrity and organization of art and designs within the ERP system.- Support the implementation and development of our Digital Asset Management System.- Work closely with artists, licensing, sales, and other staff to ensure all art and designs are uploaded in a timely manner.- Correspond with artist regarding accuracy of art and all designs.- Ensure that all files are correctly structured to maintain integrity and usability of files.- Work with your manager to review and implement new features and customizations for the ERP system.**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES**:- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite- Knowledge in Photoshop and AI files- Must be detail-oriented- Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision- Ability to input data accurately and quickly- Ability to work in high pace/high volume environment- Maintain a sense of urgency and motivation to complete tasks**DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES**:- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Knowledge of pop-culture (preferred)- Flexible and adaptive- Clear, concise and helpful verbal and written communication**WORK ENVIRONMENT AND/OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:Long hours of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer**Experience**:- Photoshop and AI files: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
