Metadata Coordinator

DUTIES (Including but not limited to)**:Maintain and support the data integrity and organization of art and designs within the ERP system. ** Support the implementation and development of our Digital Asset Management System. **Work closely with artists, licensing, sales, and other staff to ensure all art and designs are uploaded in a timely manner. ** Correspond with artist regarding accuracy of art and all designs. **Ensure that all files are correctly structured to maintain integrity and usability of files. ** Work with your manager to review and implement new features and customizations for the ERP system.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES:- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite- Knowledge in Photoshop and AI files- Must be detail-oriented- Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision- Ability to input data accurately and quickly- Ability to work in high pace/high volume environment- Maintain a sense of urgency and motivation to complete tasksDESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES:- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Knowledge of pop-culture (preferred)- Flexible and adaptive- Clear, concise and helpful verbal and written communicationWORK ENVIRONMENT AND/OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Long hours of sitting at a desk and looking at a computerPay: From $12,800.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
