Logistics Warehouse Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and implement strategies for efficient warehouse and distribution center management.- Supervise the accurate receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.- Ensure inventory accuracy and reliability.- Implement policies and procedures to optimize logistics processes.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouses.- Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, transportation, sales, production) to ensure product availability.- Lead and develop the warehouse team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.- Manage warehouse resources, including materials and technology.- Coordinate internal and external audits.**Requirements**:**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
