Your contributions will help us streamline processes, ensure efficiency, and maintain compliance, which will ultimately drive our success and growth in the industry.**What You’ll Do**:- Assist in generating and qualifying leads, including data entry, CRM management, and follow-up.- Conduct telemarketing activities, including cold calling, to identify potential clients and generate interest in our services.- Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of transaction documents, contracts, and agreements.- Develop and maintain standardized processes and workflows to streamline lead management, client onboarding, and transaction coordination.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and office policies related to documentation and record-keeping.- Collaborate with brokers and business analysts to refine and enhance business processes, identifying areas for optimization and automation.- Develop and maintain processes and workflows to improve the efficiency of lead management, client onboarding, and transaction coordination.**What We’re Looking For**:- Experience in Sales or Administrative role, with a focus on telemarketing, sales, or cold calling.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.**What We Offer**:- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.- Attractive commissions.- Opportunities for professional development.- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valued.We value each team member's contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.E04JI802n1q2406xsth
