**Obligaciones y Responsabilidades Esenciales**:- Proporcionar contacto de primer nível y soluciones a problemas tecnicos de los clientes.- Entender los requisitos del cliente con rapidez y presentar posibles soluciones.- Registrar la informacion personal del cliente en uno o mas sistemas informaticos.- Mantener debidamente cumplimentado el proceso venta.- Resguardar el equipo telefonico y de computo asignado para desarrollar sus actividades.- Cumplir con las metas asiganadas por la empresa.- Completar las conversaciones asignadas de forma diaria.**Requisitos de Educación y/o Experiência Laboral**:- Conocimiento practico en programas informaticos (ejemplo CRM).- Experiência en otro puesto de servicio de atencion al cliente.- Dominio medio del idioma ingles.- Formacion profesional de grado medio y/o experiência en puestos similares.**Habilidades**:- Habilidad de atencion y servicio al cliente.- Saber escribir con agilidad en la computadora.- Persistente y orientado hacia el cumplimiento de resultados.- Capacidades de negociación.- Paciente- Tolerante- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.- Manejo de la presión.- Capacidad de solucionar problemas.
