**QUALITY ENGINEER - IQC ENGINEER****Responsabilidades**:- Desarrollar, implementar y mantener procedimientos de control de calidad entrante (IQC).- Supervisar y coordinar la inspección de materiales y componentes, asegurando su conformidad con estándares internos y normativas.- Colaborar estrechamente con proveedores para mejorar la calidad y eficiencia de los materiales entrantes.- Supervisar la identificación y gestión de no conformidades de proveedor, investigando las causas raíz y aplicando acciones correctivas y preventivas.- Facilitar la comunicación efectiva sobre problemas de calidad y soluciones propuestas.- Liderar o participar en equipos multifuncionales para la implementación de proyectos de mejora continua.- Colaborar con los departamentos de ventas y compras para abordar requisitos de calidad de clientes y proveedores.- Establecer y mantener relaciones efectivas con partes interesadas externas.- Analizar y reportar indicadores clave de calidad para evaluar el rendimiento del sistema.- Presentar informes a la alta dirección sobre el desempeño del sistema de calidad.- Revisar y aprobar PPAP de proveedores.**Requisitos**:- Título universitario en Ingeniería o campo relacionado.- Experiência mínima de 3-5 años en roles de ingeniería de calidad.- Conocimiento profundo de normas de calidad y metodologías de mejora continua.- Experiência deseable en la industria electrónica o manufactura de componentes electrónicos.- Habilidades intermedio -avanzadas de comunicación en inglés.- Interpretación de planos (GD&T)- Habilidades sólidas de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.**Ofrecemos**:- Horario: Lunes a viernes 8:00 am a 5:36 pm- Ubicación: Carretera La Unión La Partida, Parque Industrial Torreón 2000, Ejido El Perú, Torreón Coah.- Servicio de alimentación sin costo- Sueldo semanal- Prestaciones SuperioresTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
