Misión

El gerente de desarrollo comercial es responsable de identificar, crear y ejecutar oportunidades comerciales para impulsar el crecimiento y la ejecución del plan comercial (2300 MW en México). Esta función implica planificación estratégica, análisis financiero, construcción de relaciones y colaboración con las partes interesadas internas y externas para lograr los objetivos comerciales. Permitir que la empresa invierta capital en proyectos de energía renovable de alta calidad.

  • Originación y ejecución de oportunidades y alianzas estratégicas

  • Ejecución de transacciones: preparación de materiales de licitación de M&A en coordinación con M&A, gestión de acuerdos, gestión de equipos a través de la ejecución del pipeline de crecimiento (greenfield y M&A), preparación de materiales de la junta, coordinación de asesores (mercado, técnico, fiscal, financiero, legal, etc.)

  • Gestión de relaciones con socios, partes interesadas clave, desarrolladores, actores locales, inversores institucionales, IPP, servicios públicos, etc.

  • Ejecución de transacciones: negociación de acuerdos corporativos importantes, como memorandos de entendimiento, cartas de intención, acuerdos de accionistas, préstamos de accionistas, SPA(s), acuerdos de inversión, acuerdos de financiamiento, documentos colaterales, etc.

  • Evaluación de la gestión de oportunidades de inversión.

  • Trabajo con diferentes equipos, para identificar i) riesgos y estrategias de mitigación y ii) posibles optimizaciones/mejoras tanto para activos operativos como para oportunidades de inversión.

  • Presentaciones e informes: preparación de materiales para la alta gerencia, comités de inversión y presentaciones de inversionistas.

  • Optimización de estructuras de capital y estrategias de financiamiento en coordinación con los equipos de finanzas estructurales y M&A.

  • Participación activa en comités de inversión locales y regionales.

  • Realizar investigaciones sobre las diferentes tendencias de los mercados y realizar un seguimiento del flujo de transacciones. Mapear el sector para identificar oportunidades comerciales y monitorear las actividades de los principales competidores.

Perfil

Al menos 8 años de experiencia en el sector de infraestructura (desarrollo de negocios, consultoría, banca de inversión, corporativos), idealmente en el sector eléctrico.

Experiencia en impulsar y ejecutar transacciones, diseñar y ejecutar planes de negocios.

Experiencia en la redacción de materiales para obtener la aprobación para invertir en proyectos.

Idiomas: Fluidez en inglés y español, tanto escrito como hablado.

MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word avanzados

Otros: Capacidad para preparar presentaciones en PowerPoint para la alta gerencia
