Your next challenge

Reporting to Country Managing Director and in dotted-line to the Group CPO, as a Country Product Director, you'll design and deliver, together with business functions, IT teams and the Group teams, the Country Product Strategy aligned with Pluxee's Product vision.

You will lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution (Design, Roadmap, Features Definition, Overall coordination) in line with the needs of the 3 stakeholders: employees/clients/merchants, that is, lead local product strategy and vision, product development, performance and go to market processes, aligning local business requirements with global product strategy and vision, developing new business opportunities looking for new growth avenues with focus on Employee Benefits market.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop the country product strategy and vision aligned with Pluxee's Product vision and strategy. Creates a 3-year product roadmap to realize this vision, from MVP to market launch.
  • Contribute to Pluxee's Product vision and strategy.
  • Lead product discovery to assess new products and features, mapping clients needs, detailing product solution and developing business case to assess the viability of the project.
  • Leads business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign-off and release criteria.
  • Manage products business performance: P&L, Organic Growth Management (OGM), and digital assets performance: active users, churn rate, conversion, customer satisfaction, customer effort, etc, implementing initiatives to improve the outcomes.
  • Ensure the alignment of the product roadmap with country priorities.
  • Manage product roadmap, prioritizing the EPICs and Features based on data analysis. Communicate the product roadmap to the organization and respective stakeholders.
  • Ensure product delivery according to the quality standards, budget assumptions and technical requirements, implementing “end to end” processes to operates the product aligned with internal areas (Ops, CX, Finance, Legal, Sales, IT, etc).
  • Participate to design and deploy common standards for the Product function (e.g. Requirements management, Product Design, Pluxee's Software Development lifecycle LACE + SAFe)
  • Develop new business opportunities to growth through product development and strategic partnerships.
  • Work with the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy through the analysis of competition the competitors offer, defining product offer according to the different stakeholders and segments.
  • Manage product communication process, supporting sales and customer service areas on delivering the products.
  • Share best-practices with other fellow Country Product Director and members of the Product organization.
  • Participates to the LPM (some Country Product Director will be requested to participate to the GO/NO GO decisions - process in construction)
  • Works with a cross-functional team (CFT) to define all aspects of the product (Value prop/ specs/ TG etc) that needs to be launched.
  • Assesses Risks & Opportunities continuously & make course corrections, whenever needed during the product development process.
  • Identifies emerging competitive trends in the product area and find ways to adapt current products/ develop new products to remain ahead of competition.
  • Provides guidance on all key elements of product marketing mix in clear articulation with the country marketing, sales and merchant teams: value proposition, pricing guidelines.
  • Runs surveys, conducting A/B tests, especially on the proposed UI/ UX.
  • Perform the Product Development (NPD) project management – feature prioritization, road map planning, effectively managing projects.
You’re a match Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Master’s degree & additional certifications in Product/Agile/ Scrum/ Project Management preferred.
Work Experience Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product development.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Languages:
  • Spanish & English languages fluency.
